This in-person session will build on the prior sessions to show why hope matters. Dr. Gross will examine strategies we learned and deployed to enable student success during the COVID-19 pandemic and other "permacrises" facing students and educators today. We will explain and unpack how and why these approaches worked (or didn't). That way, we can continue to employ, replicate, and scale these approaches to improve the educational landscape. Dr. Gross will especially focus on the links between trauma, on the one hand, and creativity and change, on the other.
This session will include lunch for faculty who opt to attend in-person, so please complete the RSVP below to let us know about your meal preference.
