This engaging session introduces the concept of neurodiversity, considers the neurodivergent learner experience, and explores neuro -inclusive communication and instructional approaches that promote success across diverse classrooms. Emphasis will be placed on real-world applications and effective strategies for managing complex classroom dynamics—helping faculty build greater understanding, empathy, and flexibility in their teaching practice.
