Kyle Falbo

Kyle is a 3rd-generation mathematician whose career bridges technology, pedagogy, and equity. As an Educational Technology Application Expert at CTET, Kyle oversees the administration and strategic development of the Canvas Learning Management System. In this role, he supports faculty in designing engaging, accessible, and data-informed learning experiences. His work emphasizes the thoughtful integration of educational technology to enhance teaching effectiveness and student success.

Kyle's current initiatives focus on student retention and success, including the development of data-driven approaches to identify and support at-risk students. He is also leading efforts to explore the role of generative AI in teaching and learning, with a commitment to ensuring these tools are implemented equitably and responsibly.

In addition to his CTET work, Kyle continues to occasionally teach in the Departments of Mathematics and Computer Science, where he most enjoys courses that connect quantitative reasoning with real-world applications.
