I look forward to leveraging my expertise as a philosopher and interdisciplinary feminist scholar and educator in the work I do as the Faculty Fellow for Inclusive Teaching. I am eager to work with faculty, departments, and colleges across campus to implement and affirm the value of equitable and inclusive pedagogy. My work will address equity, inclusion, and belonging in the classroom at structural and interpersonal levels— from addressing why and how to diversify reading schedules, to understanding the importance of and how to implement equity-minded course policies, to developing skills for creating inclusive environments for marginalized students and facilitating critical, trauma-informed discussions on social and political issues.
