The classroom experience, be it in person or online, is core to the student experience at Sonoma State. We believe that it is absolutely crucial that the diverse gender identities of our students be fully recognized and affirmed in academic spaces. If you would like to learn more about why affirming students' gender identities matters for learning success, or learn more about how to better affirm your students' gender identities, please consider attending this lunch and learn on trans affirming teaching.
